Not at the taproom — we're the anchor cidery at the City of Alexandria's annual Cider Festival. Virginia Cider Week's big tasting on the grounds of historic Lloyd House (220 N. Washington St.) and along Queen Street in Old Town, hosted by the Office of Historic Alexandria and the Virginia Association of Cider Makers. Our head cidermaker Jay is pouring the fancy stuff — the limited, small-batch ciders you won't find on the regular tap list — alongside Albemarle Cider Works, Potter's Craft Cider and more. Souvenir tasting cup, live music, tavern games, food trucks, and the VA250 Mobile Museum open on Queen Street for the nation's 250th. Proceeds benefit the Historic Alexandria Museums. Tickets are $50 through Nov 1, $55 Nov 1–20, $65 at the door if space allows, $25 for designated drivers — grab them from the Alexandria Shop. Check in at Lloyd House. The taproom is open regular hours (12–10) that day, so come see us in Old Town for the fest and then come home for a full pour.
