What's happening
Seaside Oyster Company
Hawkins and the Seaside crew drive up from the Eastern Shore with oysters pulled that week, shucked to order and grilled over an open flame. Raw, grilled, or both.
Oysters and cider, side by side
Dry, bright cider does what white wine does with oysters, only better. Your ticket cider is your pick from the board; ask the bar what Jay pairs with them.
Small Business Saturday market
The holiday market runs 12–6 across the taproom. Local makers, gifts you won't find online, and a cider in hand while you shop.
Live music
Two solo acts across the afternoon. Lineup coming soon.
The cellar
Oysters are served downstairs by the tanks, on the patio if the weather holds, with the grill going outside regardless. Dress for a November afternoon.

Good to know
Do I need a ticket?
Only for the oyster deal. The $25 ticket is a half-dozen oysters plus a cider; it's capped at 250 and presale closes Wednesday, November 25. The market and the taproom are free and open to everyone.
What if tickets sell out?
Seaside sells raw and grilled oysters à la carte from their own station from 4 PM, and earlier if the ticket line is quiet. Come early if you have your heart set on them.
Where are the oysters from?
Seaside Oyster Company, on Virginia's Eastern Shore. Pulled that week, driven up that morning, shucked in front of you.
Kids and dogs?
Both welcome, as always. The market is indoors and there's plenty of room to run.
Parking?
Street parking in the neighborhood, a rideshare, or the bike racks out front. The lot fills by one o'clock on days like this.
What if it rains?
Rain or shine. The market and the bar are indoors, oysters move to the cellar, and the grill runs outside no matter what.

See you the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Oysters and cider were made for each other, and the Eastern Shore is three hours away. This is the one day a year we bring it here. Skip the mall, come shuck with us.
