Sat, Nov 28 Our coffee cider with Swing's, right here in Alexandria. Floral and lightly aromatic, with a subtle coffee finish.
Thunderbolt is our collaboration with Swing's Coffee Roasters, Alexandria's own. Jay steeps Swing's G Street coffee on fresh Shenandoah apples in the cellar, then lets the cider finish bone dry. The result is floral and lightly aromatic, with the coffee showing up as a gentle finish rather than a jolt.
First pours and 16oz cans go out at Oysterfest on Saturday, November 28. Sugar free, gluten free, 6.9% ABV.

Marionberries are Oregon's own blackberry: deeper, juicier and a little wilder than anything you'll find at the grocery store. We co-ferment them with Shenandoah Valley apples and let the cider finish completely dry, so you get the dark fruit and the jammy nose without any of the sugar.

Chai-der is what happens when your favorite chai latte gets made out of apples. We take Shenandoah Valley apples, ferment them completely dry, then layer in the warm spices that make chai chai: cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. You get the whole spice shop on the nose and a crisp, clean apple finish, with none of the sugar.
